The mind is our map, our guide, a big part of who we are. It allows us to plan and grow into who we want to be, while remembering who we are and where we come from. Sometimes we need or want to change the way we think about ourselves, others, and the world, but it is not an easy process, so we offer therapeutic group activities where you can learn better how your mind works and have some time to reconnect with yourself.
